When can I expect my item to arrive?
Your carefully selected item is handmade to order to suit your specific requirements. We appreciate your patience whilst we get to work creating your unique piece. The average turn around from ordering to arriving to your door is around two weeks.
Will my item arrive secure and well packaged?
The logistics companies we use have been carefully selected for their ability to provide the standard of care we demand for our clients artwork to arrive safely.
Packaging is customised to the size of your fi nal product. Your item will arrived with padded corner protections and bubble wrapped to ensure a snug fi t with minimal movement. Your artwork is well protected and travels well. Rolled paper prints are sent in sturdy cylinders.
Is my art made to order?
Yes. Each piece is uniquely selected by you, the customer and all pieces are made once an order has been placed.
What hanging fixtures do you use?
All artworks are securely fitted with D-ring hanging fixtures and picture wire. Framed prints are also neatly finished with brown framers tape.
Do you make custom sizes?
Here at Wildflower Prints we offer a wide selection of sizes and product options, however if you have a specific request that you cannot see listed, please email us as we may be able to accomodate. We do not guarantee that we can, but we are willing to see if we can.
