Damaged in transit, defective item or you have received the wrong product
Here at Wildflower Prints we want you to absolutely love your artwork and enjoy the excitement when it arrives. If you receive an incorrect item or your item has been damaged in transit we will resend another item as soon as possible.
In the extremely rare occasion something goes wrong on our end ( were human and accidents sometimes happen), or damage has occurred during transit or you receive a defective product:
Inspect your order upon delivery
Contact us via email hello@wildflowerprints.com.au within 24 hours of receiving if you have received the wrong item, received a damaged item or the item is defective.
We will require photographs of the product. A photo of the packaging, and a photo of the shipping label.
We will work promptly to correct the problem.
Cancellation or change of mind
Due to the handmade-to-order nature of our business we do not accept any cancellations or change of mind. Orders are processed promptly once you have placed it. Please be certain of your choices and final artwork piece before completing your purchase. We want you to cherish and enjoy your artwork, so here is a helping checklist to ensure your selecting the perfect piece for you.
The design you have selected makes your heart sing and its the right aesthetic and colours for your chosen space.
You have measured your space and the size you have selected fits well
The product choice you have made suits your requirements and the “look” your wanting to achieve.
The colour selection of your chosen moulding suits both the artwork and the space where it will be hung.
